1. Packaging / Despatch / Risk / Transport insurance

1.1 The costs for packaging and despatch to the customer's receiving station will be borne by the customer.
1.2 For all deliveries, the risk is transferred to the customer at the start of loading. If the delivery is delayed at the request of the customer, the risk is transferred to the customer at the point when MINOX is ready to deliver.
1.3 MINOX will arrange insurance, with a standard scope, for general transportation risks, on account and in the interests of the customer. The customer must have the quantity and type of any damage or loss confirmed by the carrier or postal worker making the delivery, and refuse to accept the delivery without such a confirmation. For damage which is only discovered when unpacking, the goods are to be left as found in the packaging, and the transport company is to be requested to determine the damage and accept responsibility. The customer will notify MINOX of the damage or loss without delay by sending the documents required for damage settlement. The customer is entitled to claim on the insurance.

2. Payment conditions

2.1 MINOX deliveries are payable immediately.
2.2 The customer can either pay by credit card (Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard) or cash on delivery (Germany only).
2.3 The customer's credit card is debited once the order confirmation is received by MINOX.
2.4 If the customer chooses to pay cash on delivery, he can pay for the goods either by cash or cheque upon delivery by the courier company hired by us. MINOX charges a fee of 15,00 Euros for payment by cash on delivery. Cash on delivery payments are only possible up to a value of 2500.00 Euros.
2.5 The minimum order value is 20.00 Euros.
2.6 Outside of Germany delivery plus postage and packing according to weight and recipient country.

3. Postage and packing charge

The forwarding charges for orders in the MINOX Online Shop are graduated in zones and depend on the country, to which the order has to be shipped.

The zones and pertinent countries are:

Zone 1 countries: DE

Zone 2 countries: BE,DK,LU,NL,AT,CZ
Postage and packing charge: EUR 11,50

Zone 3 countries: FR,IT
Postage and packing charge: EUR 16,00

Zone 4 countries: CH,FI,PT,ES,EE,GR,IE,CA,LV,LI,LT
Postage and packing charge: EUR 20,00
